Join Team MSE and play your part in supporting patients in your local hospital
This half marathon has taken the city by storm and is back for its sixth year! The closed-road half marathon features some of London’s top sights and an electric atmosphere.
You’ll start the run on the incredible Pall Mall and finish by Downing Street. The new route means you’ll take in even more of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, Westminster Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral, Leicester Square, China Town, Nelson’s Column, Charing Cross Road, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.
This run offers a fabulous central London half marathon route adorned with route activations, musical performances, DJs, dancers, themed cheer stations and more.
We’ll also provide you with:
- a fundraising pack to help you smash those targets
- on-hand support from our dedicated fundraising team
- Charity running vest
