Taking place over three nights in December, this fun-filled festive event sees thousands of Santas take to the streets of London for an unforgettable evening walk or run. Whether you’re looking for a seasonal challenge with friends, family or colleagues, Santa in the City is the perfect way to celebrate the countdown to Christmas while raising funds for a cause close to your heart.

Charity Place Requirements
✅ Registration fee: £10 per person
✅ Minimum fundraising target: £50 per person
Participants can choose to support any Mid & South Essex Hospitals Charity hospital, ward, department or appeal, helping to make a real difference to patients, families and staff across our hospitals.
